Privacy

When you text Hank or use the web form, we keep your phone number, name and job details so we can get you quotes. We share job details with local suppliers.

Ads and Meta

If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, our ad page may use the Meta Pixel. It records the ad click ID and Meta's browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc) with a short reference code. If you then send a complete request, we tell Meta a lead came from that ad, using only those click and cookie values. This is used to measure and improve our ads.

We don't do this for visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or anywhere we can't tell your location.

Text Messaging

We collect your mobile number when you text Hank or sign up as a supplier, and use it only to send messages about quote requests and jobs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Job details you send (material, quantity, delivery area) are shared with local suppliers solely to get you quotes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Contact: help@subhank.ai.

Opting out

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and manage ad settings in your Facebook account. You can delete the reference code from the text before you send it. To have your data removed, text Hank and ask.
